When my husband and I recently replaced the carpeting in two rooms of our home we decided to go with Superior Carpet and Hardwood. They were very competitively priced and offered excellent customer service. After my initial phone call, JD came out to my house right away to give a free estimate and to drop off carpet samples. He also met me at the store on a weekend at my convenience so that I could look over all of the various flooring options and take home additional samples. As a first time carpet buyer, I had lots of questions and JD was always very quick to respond to any concerns that I had regarding my flooring options. He worked around my busy schedule and was able to get the carpet installed on the day that would work best for me. The installers were friendly and professional and very careful when moving our furnishings. We are very pleased with our new Mohawk Smartstrand carpeting. It is so soft and has greatly improved the look of our home! We highly recommend it to anyone in the market for new flooring for their home or business.

Superior Carpet & Hardwood did a fantastic job installing my hardwood floors.  During our consultation, I explained that we wanted a durable hardwood floor that would not show flaws very easily.  Jamal suggested a handscraped flooring and let us see several samples.  After our decision was made; we had new floors within a week and the price was competitive as well.   I would definately use them again!
